Why do you charge for the audit?

Because a free proposal is a sales document. When we charge for the audit, we're accountable to the diagnosis, not the deal. The quality of thinking changes when there's skin in the game. A client who won't invest to understand their constraints usually isn't ready to fix them.

What if we just want strategy, no implementation?

That's completely fine. The strategy is the product. You own it. You can take the roadmap and execute it with your own team, another agency, or come back to us. There's no pressure to move into implementation.

Do you work with businesses outside the trades?

No. We work exclusively with trade and blue collar businesses, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, excavation, and related industries. The depth of knowledge we bring only works because we stay narrow. We know this world.

What if we're not sure which tier we're in?

That's what the call is for. You don't need to know your tier before we talk. We identify it together through the diagnostic. Most business owners know something is wrong, they just haven't named it yet. That's exactly the conversation we have.

How long does the audit take?

Five to ten business days from the diagnostic call. We don't rush the thinking, the audit is the most important deliverable in the relationship. When it's done, you'll have a clearer picture of your business than most owners ever get.

What happens if you don't think you can help?

We tell you. Upfront. We only take on clients we're confident we can grow. If after the diagnostic call we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so, and if we know someone who is a better fit, we'll point you there. No hard feelings.
